DEPARTMENT Mrs. Dannen was born and raised in Portland. She has been teaching here for eleven years. Her classes this year are Creative Writing, Journalism, Speech Psychology, and Counseling. She enjoys bowling, reading, music, and traveling. RaMona Desjardin lettering for the Gold Digger.

LANGUAGE Mr. Gene Winnett has been at Grant Union for nine years. He lives here with his wife Cathy, and three children, Kevin 14, James 11, and Tiffany 9. Mr. Winnett teaches Mirrors of Man and Freshman English. He is Athletic Director, Assistant Football Coach, and Varsity Club Advisor. Gene enjoys golfing and hunting. LANGUAGE Mr. Harry Neumann, our counselor, taught American Literature this year. Mr. Neumann has worked at Grant Union for two years. He was born and raised in Spencer Wisconsin and attended Wisconsin State University. He and his wife Linda have three children.
