ARTS Auto Mechanics and Welding have continued to be very popular and useful shop classes. Mr. Johnson's shop classes formed a company to manufacture and sell tool boxes. They sold stocks to students to finance the project. Here are pictures of the boys at work on the tool boxes: cutting the sheetmetal, working on the boxes, and two finished tool boxes. o

Left, a living-room light completed constructed in Art Metal class by Greg Sprouffske. He drew his design, shaped the rods to the form he wanted, and welded them together. Finally he put the finishing touch on the light by beading it.
