« . . .. % 1968 PROSPECTOR GRANT U M I O M 14 I G 14 S0I4OOL DISTRICT N°3 - GRANT CO. - J O 14 N DAY, OREGON THE CONSTRUCTION ERA To Grant students, 1967-68 has become the year of construction of the new gymnasium, new cafeteria, mu- sic rooms, and new biology room. Additions are being made to the shop to add welding and mechanics. A new office complex is also planned. The Prospector staff has selected this phase to feature throughout your yearbook. We will show the progress on the new Grant Union High School during the year. FORFWORD The Annual Staff has decided to change the publication date of this annual to a fall edition, with the arrival of the 1968 annuals expected in the fall of 1968. For this reason, the activities of spring of 1967 will follow immediately. Then we will give the activities of the school year 1967-68 front frosh initiation through Commencement in May. We realize that the seniors will miss the arrival of their annuals this spring and the signing party, but we hope that the com- plete record of their senior year will compensate satisfactorily for these.
