Principal 's Message The Grant Union High School faculty is presenting an educational program that will enable our students to be better adjusted to our rapidly changing society. The society of the United States of America is a society in transi- tion. Our schools, because of this trend, are also in a period of transition. Traditional ideas need to be rethought in relation to conditions which have changed, in greater or less degree, since the ideas were first formulated. The conditions of life under which men and women live and make a living, under which boys and girls attempt to grow to maturity, have been radical- ly transformed by the forces of science and technology. In recognition of these facts, our school is making every effort to meet the demands of so- ciety. 4
