Selma Hand This year the G. C. H. S. Band has 28 active members. With their director, Mr. Ronald Irwin, they have been in many activities. Some of the more important of these were playing at ballgames, par- ticipating in the Derby Week Festival, and touring the elementary schools of the county in concert. The majorettes that were elected this year are: Bonnie Pittman, Sue Franks, Alice Gregg, Lana Bowie Linda Tucker, Judy Lambert, and Bonnie Martin. The drum major is Norris Vincent. We hope that the Band will increase in size next year and that they will continue to boost the Braves.
