FALL is tingling anticipation, vivid color, shrill greetings, New classes, new heart throbs, new skirts and sweaters, We thunder onto the bleachers to cheer madly tor our home team, and then loll comfort- ably' on the lawn with our hoarse companions and a round ol cokes. Fall :neans the Sophomore Ball and the Getfllcguainted Dancefefgab sessions on the lawn that go as naturally with our lunch as the cookies and apples. The bell rings, and a thundering horde stampede the office tor books and papers and locker keys and student body cards, and Miss Claussen still smiles. A blanket of late spring snow silhouettes the shop and LM Buildings. Q: QI 393' pi' 'AIA'

Highlights and shadows frame the S build- ng on a drowsy September afternoon, WINTER and cold weather bring on radiator romances and frozen noses nthe school play-Thanksgiving dinner. The white-frosted roofs drip glisten- ing icicles in the cold blue mornings, and bushes snuggle deep down in their soft blankets of white, We come back from the holidays still humming Christmas carols, and then dig reluctantly in for a fast, hard review before the tests. Winter brings sleigh rides, cider and doughnuts, and, rnayhap, a new man in your life.
