You have culminated twelve years of study and are leaving Granite Falls High School with skills which will open doors to future endeavors. It has been said that one’s lifetime is divided into three segments: an educational phase, a working phase, and a retirement phase. I would encourage you to not look upon gradua- tion as an epd, but rather as a beginning. To maximize your potential, education must be- come an ongoing process. An eagerness to learn new things, new skills and to share new experiences should become fundamental to all three phases of one’s life experience. Upon graduation, many of you will go separate ways. Some graduates will go on to college, some will enter the military and some will join the work force. Whatever you decide, be the best you can. The key to success is continually setting goals for yourself. Goal-setting serves as a map for maximum human growth and de- velopment. I would like to share this saying with you: “Whatever you vividly imagine, ar- dently desire, sincerely believe and en- thusiastically act upon must come to pass.” So “take the ball and run with it.” Graduation is not the end ... but a new beginning with new and exciting choices to make. Make the most of them with the blessing of the Granite Falls High School faculty and staff. 3 ANNUAL STAFF Kim Haverfield Kathy Meza Mrs. Ross Tammy Murry Dave Running Scott M acorn be r Kurt Schwendtke Gregg Perrigoue Pat Howard Teri Holser Marlene Dunaway Janene Billingsley Debbie Stalker Kathy Boe Teri DeGues STAFF Mrs. Sharon Sellars, secretary; Mr. N.
