This class will be remembered for many years to come. They have been active in many things. They have triumphed in areas of intelligence and mental competence as well as sports and other collegiate activities. On the day of the Railroad Days parade, the class earned the trophy for having the most originally constructed float. Their pig raffle was also a success, bringing in over a hundred dollars. JOSEPH CHARLES BECKETT Jomo, JoJo, Josie; likes Cat Stevens, trees, backpacking, painting, inside jokes, and being with my kind of people ; remembers George Wilburn, 20th Century History, Lush Memorial Stadium, East Boardman, and when Mr. Solem threw his shoe at me. Plans to go to college and become educated. Football 3, Honor Society 2,3,4, Honor Society V.P.4, Foreign Language Club 2,3,4, Foreign Language Club President 4, Art Club 3,4. DAVID ROSS BLYTHE Fleeto, Zingo, Smythe; likes food, sports, having a good time; remembers the San Juan Adventure, the Berlin Wall, D.M. shutting off the power on Mt. Pilchuck, when J.K. put an elk's tongue in Miss Weagle's purse, and R.S.'s musk rat sandwich. Plans to go to college and become an oceanographer and have a good time. Football 3,4, Baseball 2,3,4, Ski Club 1,2, German Club 2, Pep Band 1,2,3,4, Lettermen's Club 3,4. CARLA RAE BEEVERS Doo-dah, Cariotta; likes horses, Photography, skiiing, pizza, sunny days, and being with friends; remembers when L.T. and I fell off the chair at Pilchuck and almost landed in the net, and the towering inferno during Art II. Plans to live a long, happy, healthy life, and have a career in Photography. Honor Society 2,3,4, Foreign Language Club 3,4, Letterettes 2,3,4, Senior Princess, Girls' Basketball 1,2,3,4, Girls' Volleyball 2,4. DWAYNE BOGART Bogie; likes pizza, cars, moto-cross racing; remembers locker races, shooting spit wads at Black, and breaking into the school to get a table for the cheerleaders. Plans to advance in vocations, finish carpentry and get a job as an apprentice. Basketball 1,2, Advanced shop classes TIM LEEROY BOND Likes midnight Jag runs, deer hunting with a spot light, duck hunting out of season, and getting 4-wheel drives stuck; remembers skipping school in 1st. grade, racing around town at night, and fishing at Heart Lake opening day; plans to work and become rich. DANA CLARK BROOKS Likes girls, good times, Black Velvet, skiing and cars; remembers when Rocky's car went for a swim, blowing up his roadrunner, and Graafstra's party.
