Tiptoeing through the halls, the Granite Tiger detected much activity on the part of the seniors. The seniors rushed into their last year at Granite High with much excitement and enthusiasm. Immediately plans began to form for the selling of concessions and for their sock hops which proved to be a big success. Graduation began to come closer and closer with the ordering of an- nouncements, programs for commencement, and being measured for caps and gowns. Many began to wonder if they really would make it. Spring brought sunny days and also the senior class play, No Boys Allowed. Miss Conley, senior class advisor, directed the production and assisted in the learning of lines for the play. Long hours and hard work went into making the play a true success. With a little bit of apprehension, the faculty delivered their classes into the hands of the seniors for Student Government Day. Though the underclassmen were expecting a day of rest, the mighty seniors showed that they could be hard teachers as well as fun-loving students. Campus Day was a great success and much work was accomplished due to the planning of the senior class. The school took on a finished look and shone with newly painted fences and freshly weeded flower beds. Continuing on with their leadership, the senior class, with the help of Mr. Fallis, organized and produced an assembly paying tribute to George Washington. The Granite Tiger seemed w'eil pleased with the Class of 68 as he continued on his way. We're full of pep! We're really great! 1-9-6-8 Mike Willard, President Gerry Sawyer, Secretary
