ALBUM SUPERTINTENDENT'S MESSAGE: The past year created in all of us a feeling, not only of sadness but of togetherness, due to the slain- ing of our President, John F. Kennedy. This tragedy points up the need for each of us to think of the years ahead, and to come to a decision as to what we should be. No man is an island, each of us are dependent upon other individuals. Seniors have a duty to develop in themselves a pride in our country, it's ideals, and it's traditions. Each person must do his best to show compassion toward his fellow man, and use a grin not a grimace. As you go through life you will find a smile goes a long way in bringing people closer together in a spirit of friendship. Louis Grinnell PRINCIPAL'S MESSAGE: The world looks to the young students of today to contribute with a smile toward the solutions of the complex problems that beset mankind in this troubled generation. Yet, we cannot give what we do not have, and the joy of sharing can never be felt until we have gleaned sufficiently; for how we pre- pare ourselves lies in direct proportion to those contributions we may make to the world's future. With happy faces, then, let us learn and grow to- ward that wisdom which will enable our country to become the welcoming beacon of a better world. Congratulations to the seniors upon their Graduation. Mark Zerr
