ADMINISTRATION Congratulations to the graduates of 1958. It seems only a very short time ago that you entered high school. The years to come will pass more quickly and I admonish the under classmen and graduates to evaluate well their time and talents that none of these be deteriorated or misused with lack of use. Congratulations to the annual staff and Mr. Kilkenny for the production of this annual, which will be cherished by many as the official record of all the activities of Granite Falls High School during 1957 58. Your theme of winter sports, in this years annual commemorates nicely the opening of skiing on Mt. Pilchuck. As our annual was named after this stately peak may we always follow its example of reaching upward for light and truth to ever illuminate our pathways of life. Greetings to the students in general but in a special sense to the Seniors and the Annual Staff. This years cooks were Mrs. Kanikeberg, Mrs. Smith and Mrs. Carpenter. They put out some exceptionally good lunches. To them go many thanks. Al Bond was the custodian this year. Our school was spic and span from the day we started until the day we left. The students really appreciated Al's work. 6
