OPPOSITE: Donna Kerlin, Theresa Mayberry, Sue Korak, Jimmie Ellis Judy Hyzak, Bonnie Repa, Rose- mary Caldwell, and Janie Kotrla are being told what to do at a prac- tice for marching Friday night by Mr. Goodman and Mrs. Cory, The weather is cold but this never faded their determination to do their best. After School School is out and everybody is ' in a hurry to get home or to their - t job. Much time is spent in foot- ball practice, band and pep squad practice, and the cheerleaders t I .1 F. spent many hours making signs if and trying to get all the spirit they hiih ' could, The Juniors also spent a lot of time after school getting ready for the- banquet. TOP RIGHT: Mike Sanders and George Beard are glad school is over and they're on their way home. MIDDLE: The School Bus makes its daily run after school, returning students to their homes, RIGHT: Cars are in line waiting for all the buses to go before they are permitted to leave, We can't forget the many days the horns seemed to be hung,

ight Activities Night brings the excitement of football games. There isn't any- thing as exciting as a Granger game, especially when the score is close all the way to the end. But doesn't our team usually end up with the most points after it's all over. How could our team let down the crowd in the stands that comes to every game? There is just no way, and that's one of the reasons they seldom do. Q TOP RIGHT: Jimmie Ellis has a serious face as the School Song is played by the band at a football game. ABOVE: And Here Come The Mighty Lions! MIDDLE RIGHT: Mark Hajda re- covers a fumble at the Thorndale game.
