Through the dedicated and untiring efforts of Coach Oliver and his spirited players, the 1957 Lions were a powerful and aggressive team. The Lions shared co-championshipwith one other team in this district. The Lions played championship - type football because they had the guidance of such a coach as Roger Oliver.
