Through the dedicated and untiring efforts of Coach Oliver and his spirited players, the 1957 Lions were a powerful and aggressive team. The Lions shared co-championshipwith one other team in this district. The Lions played championship - type football because they had the guidance of such a coach as Roger Oliver. , M J QW. , 7,.,:.Q,m K de lamb Paw Sponsor - MRS, RUBY HOLBERT CARROLLYN CERVENKA - - Staff Member FRANCES KOVAR ---------- Typist IANELLE ANDERSON ---- Staff Member W7 I FAYE WILSON - - ------- Typist PATSY RISTER ------ Business Manager ELOISE BRUNDIGE ---- Business Manager CHARLOTTE KVETON ------- Typist E' 'mfbk f G a O ' w M: ve V ' 'fre iff -fab I Q A-X ' 1:4 .C U4 1 v b - -' 1.-' rf f 4, , ,W 'L Q - A f'-:rr Ks I x ? . . ' a Dear Students: In history the year 1958 will feature the advances made in space travel and the launching of the man made satellites. Whenever world shaking events occur, hundreds of thousands of people continue their lives without the benefit of the historical spotlight. This book contains such a record. Here is recorded the deeds of many boys and girls who at this time are not notables of the world. Yet these actions your school world, constitute the backbone of the American way of life. Here you have lived, grown, known successes and failures, joy and tears, and have contributed your bit to American life. Congratulations are due this annual staff and their sponsor. May all your days be as happy as the memories stored in this book. Yours truly, I I M E. G. Osborn Superintendent :lug ' Us ,f X 5 gg, p, ?:?i' , ,, f, : 1f 1 SAAB 2 1 MR. ROGER OLIVER MR.
