NEXT DOOR NElGHBORS Tin Srxioic PLAY, Next Door Neighbors , under the capable direction of Miss Xlifeeks, was a great success, The plot was last moving and tiull of action. lt dealt xxith thc- problems ol' Mr, and Mrs. Hicks, their neigh- hors, Mr, .incl Mrs, Stone. and their children Crawford Stone and Phoehe Hicks who were heing married The plot reachcd a climax when Harriet Stones prize rooster scratched in Willictiii Hicl-cs' patch ot' onions. Mr. Hicks was experimenting with onions. in that he was raising .in odorless one. The audience hecame tense when Har- riet Stone turned otl the Hicks' gas and they in turn shut ott' the Stonc-'s water.
