W l BOARD OI-' I-1lJl'CA'l'ION The Board of Education is an important part of the school administration. Ender the direction of Nlr. Timmons. the new superintendent. the Board studies and plans the entire school program. This year the Board of Education is studying: the curriculum in all parts of the system and also the long-range lnuilcling: plans. The conscientious work of this Board is highly appreciated hy everyone. S HC B ICT A B l ES Nliss Sams serves as personal secretary to Nlr. Timmons and as the clerk-treasurer to the Board of Education. Nliss Jenkins was the assistant secretary to fllr. Timmons and Miss Sams during the first semester. The second semester her duties were assumed by Alrs. Phyllis Smith. Alrs. Harmon, the financial secretary for the school. is responsible for all high school funds. Her duties include counting: and banking: money and writing checks. Airs. Eckley is Xlr. Beerfs efficient personal secretary and receptionist for the high school.
