JC 'Staff Brings In New Gusher i'We've Drought in a brand new Gusher, exclaimed Mrs. Gene Armitageg sponsor of the student newspaper. There are several reasons for the changes made in the paper, she said. Tho five column paper is the approved size for school. publications and it adapts more easily to the sectionalizing of news. She explained that the size or the new Gusher would make a six page paper possible later in the year, giving more students an opportunity for experience as page editors. We are especially pleased with the variety of headline styles possible for this year's Gusher, Mrs. Armitage said. A variety of type style contributes to a more attractive page. This issue of the Gusher in- cludes several new features that will be continued through the year, it was noted. An editorial, a cartoon, a fashion feature, a record or movie review, a sports column, local news column, an informal chatter column and an exchange column will be includ- ed in each issue. mul MRS.
