And this book, reflecting the thinking and attitude of the students, shows their image of Grand View is not blurred. I hope that you will remember this image of the college after you leave Grand View. Out of your own educational experience at Grand View, you may some day, in some way, contribute much to a clearer public understanding of the meaning of education for man. Your great advantage is that you do not need to start afresh -DE NOVO- you have an image on which to build constructively and critically. If we at Grand View have helped you in your search for understanding and knowledge, you will be able to make your own affirmations of the value and relevancy of the church related college. As registrar, Mr. Hurley comes in constant contact with the students of Grand View, and he also teaches the calculus class.
