The club's first money-making project was a one-week cheese and sausage sale which brought in 3350. The profits were used to finance their banquet. Home Economics Cooperative Education is a one or two year work program forjuniors and sen- iors that consists of a minimum fifteen-hour work week and five hours of class work a week. HECE students were Leta Ellis, Sandy Waddill, Holly Moffett, Lisa Clower, April Fagg, Marie Martin, Denise Means, William Vess, and Randy Calk.
