Watching itensely are Mrs. Whatley, Barbara Wil- on, and Donna Barnes. On a cool, rainy Saturday morn- ing FHA'ers raised money for the March of Dimes by trampoline jumping for money pledges. The club's first money-making project was a one-week cheese and sausage sale which brought in 3350. The profits were used to finance their banquet. Speaker for the banquet, held April 5, was Carol Ivy from the East Texas Chapter of the March ofDimes. Home Economics Cooperative Education is a one or two year work program forjuniors and sen- iors that consists of a minimum fifteen-hour work week and five hours of class work a week. HECE students were Leta Ellis, Sandy Waddill, Holly Moffett, Lisa Clower, April Fagg, Marie Martin, Denise Means, William Vess, and Randy Calk. Entertainment for the first FHA meeting is provided by Stacy, Donna, and Elizabeth Armstrong. FHA, HECE 35
