Tracy Ray, Trudy Stan- berry, Jimmy Johnson, Kenneth Fletcher, Gay Lynn Adams, Pam McCord, and Mike McFarlin. W , .N i A new soccer program involv- ing kids ranging in age from five to sixteen, caught the interest of several students. A few went out for the teams and others to coach. Lindsey Ray had always loved the game of soccer, and when he heard of the new sports program, he volunteered to be a coach, His team, the Jocks, competed against other GS teams such as the Junk Yard Dogs and the We riors. They placed third for tl season. Lindsey had a full schedu with practices every weekd afternoon from 4 to 6 o'clock. He first got involved in taxi- dermy about a year ago by enroll- ing in a through-the-mail taxi- dermy school. In less than two months he was mounting various kinds of birds and small game. James mounted a mule-deer head from Colorado which sold for S65 and a bobcat which sold forS3O. A racooon and several squirrels are some of the small animals he has mounted. Taxidermy is an unusual hobby for teen- agers, but James Rodgers has found it to be an interesting one.
