The King’s Men and Festival Musicians Row 1: Wendell Babcock (Director), Linda White, Trish Labosky, Mary Leindecker, Judy Martz. Row 2: Tim Grant, Jeff Groom, Ron Slife, Earl Martindale, Mark Yates, Kurt Hoffman. The King’s Men were a specifically formed team to supply music for engagements that could not be filled by the regular music groups. Besides many nearby appointments, the King’s Men travelled as far as In- diana, Iowa, and Kentucky. The Festival Musicians were an ensemble composed of the King’s Men and a few added personnel to fill a varied and mixed program particularly designed for youth rallies, weekend camps, banquets, and various types of church services. Their travel took them several hun- dred miles in various states.
