The four losses to conference teams were by a total of only 12 points. The Victors were the top defensive team in the lea- gue, Coach Wooten's Victors also captured several indi- vidual awards, Senior Matt Parker, the team's lead- ing rebounder, and Joe Urcavich, a junior, were named to the all-conference team, Parker was voted the Most Valuable Player for both the team and the league tournament, Urcavich was the team's leading scorer with a 17,6 average, Junior John Davis, an honorable mention all-conference selection, was the team's most improved player, and John Best was selected as captain.
