The Leaders of The Ladies Guild for 1969 were: fLeft to Righty Mrs, Emil Osbeck, Treasurerg Mrs, John Miles, Mrs, Henry Van Nus, Miss Emily Pytyck, Mrs, Benjamin Dejong, Mrs, George Groenink, Secretaryg Mrs, David Howell, Vice -Presidentg and Mrs. Raymond Bowen, President Ladies Provided Valuable Services The G, R, S, B, M, Guild has a vital interest in the school and its students. The Guild members are women from supporting churches, faculty wives, women teachers, wives of students, and single stu- dents, The Ladies Guild this year undertook such tasks as the refurnishing of the lounge at Park Place, and providing new drapes for the dining hall, and new coat racks for the entrance to the dining hall, The money to pay for these items came from free-will offerings given at the Guild meetings, The most important part of the Guild Ministry, however, is the prayers offered for the students and faculty of the school, One of the highlights for the Ladies Guild was the supper in the new dining hall for the mem bers and their husbands, K x 29

.f Q. av 04 Q '1 7 lr A444-fe i fs' i WGRS, the school radio station, provided the dorms and the entire Morton House with many hours of good music and news, Bob Vermeulen and Tom Daniels headed the station, The Married Couples' Officers were: Lysle Johnson, Vice -President and Roger Herlein, President, Married Couples Each month, the married students of the school met for a time of relaxation and fellowship, Beginning the school year with the traditional outdoor break- fast, they also met at the school, in homes, and in local restaurants, Once a year, the married students sponsor an activity for the entire student body, Each meeting was concluded with singing and a testimony time, These times helped draw each one closer to- gether and to the Lord,
