To The Class of 1966 - -To you who have succeeded in completing the requirements of the local school system and the State of Ohio, I offer my heartfelt congratulations. You have fulfilled a goalg you have completed a jobg you have mastered an obstacle. You should be very proud because you have not only successfully closed one period in your life, but, most important, you have opened up another. Adulthood lies ahead. lt, too, has many challenges and obstacles to overcome before you can truly call yourself a man, woman or a citizen. You can do it - you have before, and I see no reason for not succeeding in your quest. l can only add that you have been a most cooperative group. It certainly has been a pleasure working with you. Your academic growth has been in direct proportion to your efforts. If some have achieved more, it is because they have worked harder. You who did not achieve, lacked effort above all else. I hope that as you leave your high school experiences behind you, you will do so with love for your alma mater and respect for your teachers. Your teachers, your parents, and your community have more than fulfilled their obligation to give you the best in education. They ask only that you return the obliga- tion by 'living a moral, successful life and by bring-ing honor to your community. Good luck to each of you. D James D, Dean Cv W 'tifgq A JAMES D.
