The club has also had quite a few social ...M functions throughout the year. Miss Frieda Wor- delman is the head of the art department and also acts as the club's adviser. Those are some of the commands that came from the lips of Mr. Donald Armstrong, who is supervisor of music in the public schools, and who finds time to come to Junior College to direct our choir. We love to sing for him. On Thursday, March 27, the choir gave its addi- tion to the Band Concert in the person of Dona- Jean Palmatier, who was the soloist for the eve- ning. During spring vacation, the choir performed under Noble Cain, who came to direct the one thousand voice choir of high school students. The choir is very sure that they will never forget the night that they sang under the great Noble Cain. During the Christmas season, the choir prac- ticed diligently ior their part in the Christmas program of the school. Many social events for the choir were held and this spring they had a big picnic to celebrate the end of a successful year of singing together. The choir also has officers. They are as follows: President, Tom Grant, Secretary, Arlene Ten Hoor, and Treasurer, Pat Cappel. Row 1: J. Goodwin, J. Schoen, R. Stevens, A. Ten Hoor, J. Smith, P. Cappel, M. Fleisher, J.
