The groups of the League held their meetings on the second Tuesday of every month in the home of either the group leader or her assistant, or of one of the girls. Through her group, each girl of the League helped to raise money in sev- eral different ways. Some groups sold J.C. stickers, others gave noon dances, while still others had baked goods sales and paddle-pop sales. The groups working together with their officers, and with the advice of Miss McCabe really added a year of history to the story of the Women's League of the Grand Rapids Junior College.
