lt is with sincere appreciation and great pleasure that we, the graduating class of 1959, dedicate this Memoir to Miss Sylvia Ten Broek. Throughout our three year attendance at Chris- tian we have found Miss Ten Broek to be a source of never ending. helpfulness and cheerfulness, al- ways willing and able to be of assistance to any bewildered student. With lingering memories we recall the American Literature classes instructed by her. Never will we forget her sparkling personality, her graceful man- ner, her keen sense of humor, her appropriate sense of satire, her unlimited vocabulary, and her el- oquence. Most of all, however, we will remember her Christian example, in class and out of class.
