DONALD WOODARD if 'i 4 Arhleucs 2 WOODMAN V C Y 3 Si lllli IIIASS Hliilllll What wonderful years we, the Class of l954, have to look back upon! They all were filled with memories that we will always cherish . I Mrs. Hoffman, Freshman Class Advisor, pepped us up for a very successful first year. Jean Wonser held the office of President. Those elected with her were Charlie Marshall, vice-president, Arlene Pitchford, secretary, and Don Pastorick, treasurer. Today We Follow, Tomorrow We Lead, was chosen for our motto, with green and white for our class colors . Mrs. Hoffman composed our Class of 54 song. The biggest events were parties held in December and May. Bill Lear lead us through our Sophomore year. Officers elected to help him were Tanya Wells, Vice-president, Pat Mingus, secretary, and Eleanor Phillips, treasurer. Mr. Bollinger was class advisor . The Junior year, another big year for us,was led by Dick Sheren. Joan McCaffery, vice-president, Nan Freeman, secretary, and Gene Miller, treasurer, were elected to assist him throughout the year. The day we received our class rings will always be remembered . Also the night of the Junior-Senior Banquet when we honored the Seniors with a Caribbean Cruise. To increase our cash balance for the big year to follow, the class sold magazines and Christmas cards. Mr. Beyer advised us through the year. Forrest Kelsey at the helm of the Senior class lead us through our important and biggest year. Assisting him were Terry Dankenbring, vice president, Sandra Ainsworth, secretary, and Dwight Jones, treasurer. Starting off the year we sold magazines to boost our treasury. The class sponsored the Sr. Prom Dec. 5, with the Winter Wonder- land theme. The glorious and excitingdays of the trip to Chicago, Mackinaw Island, and Detroit will never be forgotten. And finally, the end of our four years in high school--first Baccalaureate, class night, then commencement. . r . V 504 ve ,l fn ' . - 'fir .., X 'LL 'l!'.fs- G? may ll-C Q ,S ' , 44.
