Eric Lockhard, Shawn Douglat. Jamie Gormley and Robin Gerloft. leave the dive. Brad Hibberd enjoyt a ttiff one. Stacy Carton and Brad Hibberd ttay for another round while th othert exit rather untteadily. The Grand Junction High School drama department presented three children's plays and one family play. They were planned to be put on the week before Christmas. The plays were written and directed by the drama students themselves. The childrens plays were: The Forgotten Toys”, written by Jan Diehl, directed by Kirk McConnell; The Decline and Fall of the Mighty Margoth , by Lisi Gardner, Maria Griffith, director; A Tale of Two Elves , by Kirk McConnell and directed by Jamie Gormley. The other play is called The Perfect Gift”, written by Ann Lam-phere and directed by Ed Jacob. The children plays were taken to area elementary schools and the family play was taken to hospitals and retirement homes. The Long Voyage Home” was presented at the Mesa College Drama Festival. It was one of the first plays by Eugene O'Neil. It takes place In a late nineteenth century sailing town. The boy and Robin Gerloft wait for drink at Fat Joe' dive. 18 School Life
