Tope's likable characfer- isfics. Mr. Tope was superinfendenf of Grand Juncfion schools for 26 years and has been superinfendenf emerifus since I937. Since Pearl Harbor, Mr. Tope has been 'rhe Mesa Counfy chairman for promofing 'rhe sale of war bonds.
