The entertainment of the evening Was an old fash- ioned spelldown, which resulted in the humiliation of several supposedly brilliant orthographists. The Glee Club sang several of their concert num- bers, after which Professor Noel auctioned the boxes. Juniors Entertain Seniors. Place cards bore appropriate verses, from which the one for Whom the card was meant, discovered his characteristics. After a brief period of chaos, the guests departed suddenly and quietly. Cupid Party. At the hour of eight, on the evening of the 14th of February, there was assembled at the home of Professor Starr a brilliant company of trig sharks. The house was attractively decorated, and the entertainment was especially adapted for this occasion.
