Y. M. C. A. Last summer the association had seven delegates at the Estes Park Students' Conference. That has aided immeasureably in the planning and carrying out of the Work this year. The main course of study has been that of the Gospel of John. Mr. Burress is to be commended for his faithful and untiring service. The first Tuesday evening of each month was set aside for addresses from men out-- side of the association. Among the speakers were: Hon. Bayard H. Paine, Dr. Woodin, and Professor Haberstro. During the first of the year we were visited by Secretary Musselman and Rev. Evans A. Worthley, both of whom are looking after the state work since our former secretary, Mr. E. J. Simonds, has gone abroad. We greatly miss Simy in the work, but Wish him success in his chosen field. We have been notified that Mr. Steel Holcomb of Nebraska University has accepted the position as State Secretary for next year. Mr. Holcomb is a very capable association worker, and we welcome him into this new field. The Gospel Team has thus far made only one trip. The team, com- posed of Jesse Hungate, Ray McCann, Reed Davis, James Stockwell, and Ernest Southard, went to Ravenna February 9-10, and had a very success- ful trip. We expect to make the latter part of the year count in this line. Majne Anderson represented the association at the Gospel Team and Stu- dent Volunteers' Conference at Cotner University last fall. During the winter we co-operated with the city association in a ten- day membership campaign. Quite a number of members were secured from the College. Although our hopes and aims for the year have not all been accom- plished, we feel that much good has been done, and, realizing that the year's work has been largely that of reconstruction, we look to next year with great hopes and aspirations. Everything points toward a bright future. Let us pull together and crown the coming year with success.

W. C. A. Many new recruits were added to our number at the beginning of the year. VVE number about thirty now. The annual Y. W. C. A. hike was given the first week of school. The weekly meetings held on Wednesday afternoon have been practical helps to the girls. Every girl has proven her- self an able leader. Miss Lynch visited us November 20th, and she gave us many new ideas. Miss Crissman visited us February 6th and gave an in- spiring talk to a company on the World Wide Guild. The social service com- mittee has made many calls on the old ladies at the Soldiers' and Sailors' Home. The Christmas box was filled with holiday gifts. Just before the Christmas holidays they had a Japanese art sale, from which they realized a net sum. This money was used for our pledge to the Y. W. C. A. missionary. Miss Sheaff attended the conference Y. W. O. A. conference at Geneva last summer, and Miss Hall attended the conference at Estes Park. These are not all the things we have done this summer, but just mere mention of a few of them. Our purpose, however, we believe has been fulfilled. The purpose of the association shall be to unite the women of the in- stitution in loyalty to Jesus Christg to lead them to accept Him as their per- sonal Saviorg to build them up in the knowledge of Christ, especially through Bible study and Christian service that their character and conduct may be consonant with their belief. It shall thus associate them with the Kingdom of Godg it shall further seek to enlist their devotion to the Chris- tian church and the religious work of the institution.
