Miss LILLIAN T MCCORMICK MR. JAMES ATHAY GUIDANCE COUNCELORS The definition of a counce1or's job would enable us to see that every student finds a comfortable and useful place in society. If the definition furnished a magic wand, we could do this. Each human being must find his own way, and so perhaps all we can hope for is the chance to help some of you. However, if we had a magic wand, we would give you three things: 1. A place in the World of Work that would enable you to say in all honesty, It's a privilege to work. 2, The ability to love and to be loved, which would include a good marriage. 3. The ability to care about others, To Be Your Brother's Keeper. Then it would follow as night follows day that you could take your place in the world and accept the bitter with the sweet.

CUSTCRDIANS U H MR. GROVER MR. R. W. LAWRENCE MONTGOMERY The contributions of these two men are many and varied--from early hours providing the necessary building maintenance, heating, and lighting to last minute lock-up after night adult education classes have finished. Count- less students have taken their problems to them for a solution whether it be help in locating lost articles or aid in,opening a jammed locker. Indeed they 'might be called the guardians and preservers of Grand County High School.
