O45 ' s kj The role of a newcomer in a school is often a difficult one, and usually requires a great deal of personal adjustment and patience. It is not an easy task to manage such a vital position as a high school principal, and at the same time, adapt to new surroundings and acquaintances. This year, our principal, Mr. Jestin Bluett, was faced with this situation, but his confidence and efficiency of management have erased all of the apprehensiveness that usually comes with being a newcomer. To us, the students of Grand County High School, Mr. Bluett is no longer a stranger in our lives. As we look back on the past years,we realize that the school is more than just at building. It is instead, an entire realm of opportunity and life experience waiting to be grasped. On this realization, we base our knowledge in advising you, our under-classmen, to take advantage of all of the wonderful benefits that are .available to you here at Grand County High School. On behalf of the coaching staff Iwould like to express our appreciation to all the boys who participated in the program and to those who followed us through the season. This year's team was inexperlenced-com- posed mainly of juniors and sophomores. We acked a large number of boys participating, which is necessary for depth. Despite these factors the bolys had a desire and a will to win which is a ways a credit to any ball club. It is always difficult for a coach to express to anyone who has never participated in foot- ball the value and pleasures that come from participation. The assistant coaches Theron Johnson, and Bill Meador and I salute you as a team and as members of a fine student body and community. Coach Glen Richeson T CKLES A tu Q: - L. to R.
