MR. PEPPER 9uiU!eJu:i fo fde deaf enfrance. For the past twenty-nine years, Mr. Howard H. Pepper has efficiently performed the duties of high school principal. This year he has Hlled the dual position of high school principal and assistant superintendent. His busy schedule as principal consists of the supervision of high school activities, curriculum, program, and fac- ulty. As assistant superintendent, he is in charge of Adult Education and those activities not managed by Mr. Brendel. He received his B.S. degree from Central Michigan College of Education. Mr. Pepper is respected by all for his ability to be a friend as well as an advisor.
