STUDENT ASSISTANTS In a fair there is always that group of people who work hehind the scenes performing their jobs quietly and efficiently and seldom receiving recognition, yet without whose efforts the show would not run so smoothly. At Granby we call this group the student assistants. Without their voluntary help, the work of the administration would be far more difficult. Whenever a person feels ill he may seek aid from the clinic assistants who are always on duty. Everyone at sometime or other finds himself in need of information concerning the shelf on which a hook is to be found or material for a research paper. At this time we realize how helpful our lliJ1 ll'V issistants can be These boys 'md girls help keep the l1b1 ux in order ind also mend the dimaffed books Keeping records, answering the telephone and running errands for teachers are only a few of the many duties performed by the Office Assis- tants. Their many services have made them inde- spensible in the daily administration of the school. Just as our education would be difficult with- out books, so would the distribution of these books be without the Book Room Assistants. From the first day of school these boys are ready to sell us the books we need. A show would be difficult to produce without the makeup artists, the stage hands or the cos- tume maker. Similiary, the student assistants affect all phases of our school life and add immeasurably to it. BOUKROOM ASSISTANTS vang lg :ug is H 1 ls.- if 3 S -Q-1... 22 L I 2 A L I A ,C 1 A 7 C .
