The evening began at 7:00 p.m. with Katherine Rodgers, junior class president, welcoming everyone to Hawaiian Fantasy. Following that was a response from Bruce Mershon, senior class president. Mr. Harry Lossing, act- ing superintendent, and Mr. Richard Burns, high school princi- pal, made their comments. The prophecies were then read by Michelle Mershon and lay Mclnnis. Dinner, consisting of sal- ad, steak, green beans, mashed potatoes, and ice cream was then served. After dinner, Kim Lynch and Scott Hepler read the class wills. Sharon Groves and Tom Amor were then crowned Prom Queen and King. Mrs. Murry closed the cere- monies, but more was to come, as the band Brandy filled the room with their music for the next four hours. It was definite- ly a night to remember by all. PROM I 25
