l 'Senior Samaritans' SENICDRS Senior Class Officers of 1984 are: Top Row Wade Thompson Vice President, Yvette Bazal Secretary, Ftussel Miller President, Bottom Row Ann Dawkins Treasurer The word 'Heart' best characterizes the senior class of '84'. Their senior gift exemplifies this. Rather than getting something merely decorative, they opted to get something useful: ceiling fans in the cafeteria to alleviate the summer heat and winter cold. A better example of their compassion is their treatment of Tim Oli- ver. A terrible wasting disease had ren- dered Tim unable to attend school. Cou- rageously, however, he strove to finsh the year on Homebound. Touched and im- pressed, the seniors bought Tim's class ring and presented it to him at an assem- bly.
