Gt Volleyball practice. During football season everyone looks forward to the pep rallies on Fridays. Steer fans are always eager to show their support for the team. The football boys aren't the only ones who have to work out. The volleyball team can be found seventh period planning strategy for their next game. Not all students have to be in school to work. Seventh Period Seventh period is usually the quietest period of the day. Even though Mrs. Arnold and Karon look forward to the end of the day, there is much work to be done in the office. Some students find that seven periods are just too many so they sign out and go to work. Other students are ready and willing to give up their study- hall to do work for a teacher. Affer 9chool The final school bell rings at 3:45, but not all students get to go home then. On Thursday during football season the girls stay to put up pep squad signs. The concession stands also play a big part in after school activ- ities. Nearly every student sacks popcorn at least once during his high school days. Y-Teens perform their good deed after school by collecting for multiple sclerosis. Concession stands. Y-Teens. Putting spirit signs up after school. 26
