POWDER PUFF FOOTBALL Are these girls? Somebody goofed! Not really - this happens to be a new sportat Graham. TheGraham High Y-Teens played the Beaver Y-Teens on October 23 at Graham, beginning an annual event -- we hope. GRAHAM 13 BEAVER 6 THE BIG GAME Graham receives the ball, the crowd yells, and the team bounds into action. With the help of the Key Club, and the Y-Teen spon- sors Mrs. Wetzel, Mrs. Dunn, andMrs. Belcher, the game was a success -- in more ways than one! Coaches Ronnie Yost, Tim Parris, and Ray Maupin canreally be proud of their team. Y-TEENS ON THE GO! On November 20 fourteen Graham Y-Teen delegates and eleven Beaver Y-Teen delegates left the YWCA for the annual state Y-Teen conference at Jackson's Mill, West Virginia. Fall Specials ARE THEY FOR REAL? Key Club Cheerleaders added a spark of gaietytothegame. The attractive cheer- leaders pictured above are Bradley Law- son, Dane Morehead, Alvin Lester, Bill McDarmont, Doug VanDevender, and on top is Linky Carter. MISS FLAME Redheaded Linda Les- ter represented Gra- ham in the Fire Pre- vention parade. QUIET! One thing at Graham hasn't changed -- the daily devotionals. Each morning during home- room, we pause for a moment of meditation. These thoughts for the day are given by mem- bers of speech. Here is Wayne Hooper.

Row 3: Billie Jean Hagy, Dreama Brooks, Alice Presley, Martha Earnest. Row 4: Diana Hoops, Harry Rogers, Grey Matthews, Wayne Lilly, and Roger Owensby. Betsy was student director of the play -- some- thing new at Graham. STAY AS YOU ARE! Barry Frye, Sue Michaels, SharonJones, Peggy Whitenack, Steve Cook, and Linky Carter portray an exciting scene. Linky is the minister and Barry is a Bishop. HONEST!
