Silently the empty halls await the thundering herd of students. No Students No Music The sun shines through the gym windows on a polished but de- serted floor. Forsaken temporarily by everyone, the salt and pepper shakers in the cafeteria wait to be used. All we need now is a few students. 4 The melancholy ticking of the clock falls on the deaf ears of an empty school.

MISS G.H.S. DANCE One of the most enjoyable of the school activities, this dance is held in March. INITIATION Not all of the spring activities are dances. A very impressive ceremony is the in- itiation of members into the National Honor Society. UNDERCLASSMEN ONLY! Only eighth and ninth grades are permitted to attend this dance sponsored by the Teenettes and the ninth grade Y- Teens.
