Filling holes, grating surfaces, spreading dust, painting backboards, and replacing tape is just part of the process. At times, it seemed an impossible task. But we made it! We want to extend our thanks to all those who helped us, especially Beverly Hootstein. Mrs. Hootstein was our official photographer and spent many hours snapping pictures. Without her, we wouldn't have a yearbook. All on the staff hope you enjoy Ne Oublie 1975. 74 IQURNALISM Katgiwlswqmce The national developments-political and economic-of the last year stimulated wide interest in journalism. Students found much for discussion in the Watergate and recession issues. Perhaps more important, how- ever, was the focus given by newspapers themselves on the ethics of reporting events. Other than newspaper theory, journalism students tried their hand at producing a school paper, the Coup- de-grace. While the staff did not attempt to compete in reporting national events, it did have fun with school events and a few put-ons. B. Boutell, T. Zimmer, D. Barr 75 STUDE T CGUNCIL Standing: B. Along with this major task, the council organized all-school func- tions such as the fall barbecue and teacher-slave day.
