Although he has enjoyed his work as teacher and principal he is looking forward to a leisure life of traveling after retiring. VICE PRINCIPAL Edward Whitescarver . . . A. B. , A. M. Mr. Whitescarver has just ended his sixth year at G. H. S. He is a graduate of W. Va. Wesleyan College and W. V. U. Mr. Whitescarver will move into the principal's desk in '67 and everyone knows he will be an excellent principal. 7

SUPERINTENDENT Paul C. Bartlett. . . A. B., M. A. Mr. Bartlett has been Superintendent of Taylor County Schools for the past nine years. He received his training at Fairmont State College and W.V.U. Mr. Bartlett is a busy person as he is a member of the Lions Club, the W. Va. Education Assoc. , National Education Assoc., American Assoc, of School Administration, a Mason and regularly attends Blueville Methodist Church. ASSISTANT S UPERINTENDENT Ronald Knotts . . . A. B., A. M. Mr. Knotts has served the Taylor County School System for 37 years. He was a teacher for twenty years and has been Ass't. Superintendent for seventeen years. Mr. Knotts is a Lay Leader of the Church of the Good Shepherd. He is well known for his work with the March of Dimes and American Red Cross. 6
