Lynn T. Faulkner has a B.S.E.E. and a M.A. degree from W.V.U. He has been principal for four years and now teaches physics. During the summer he travels a lot and during school talks about his travels constantly. He enjoys amateur radio, can't eat a meal without potatoes, is crazy about red heads, and delights the students with his dancing. He has taught at G.H.S. for 31 years. Edward Whitescarver has an A.B. and M.A. degree. This is Mr. Whitescarver's fourth year as assistant principal. He has a wonderful personality and is liked by all students. There are not enough hours in the day though he never turns down an inquiring student. He enjoys athletic activities and favors baseball. 11

Paul C. Bartlett is our Superintendent of Taylor County Schools. He has held this position for six years. He also participates in many local activities. being affiliated with the Methodist Church, Lions Club and the Masonic Lodge. Ronald L. Knotts is Assistant Superintendent of Taylor County Schools. He has held this position since March. 1949. Before this position he had taught since 1929. He is a member and a lay leader of Grafton Parrish Methodist Church. Nellie Bolyard attended F.S.C. for her A.B. degree and Columbia University for her M.A. As an active F.H.A. sponsor and housewife, she expresses her talents. Thomas A. Bolyard has an A.B. degree from Broaddus College and an M.A. degree from W.V.U., and teaches math and drivers education. He enjoys athletics and is the husband of the G.H.S. little homemaker. Mildred Bord --Adding to her M.S. P.E. degree from W.V.U. and B.A. degree from Fairmont State College, Mildred Louise Bord presently studies gemoiogy. She is a teacher of health, phys.ed., and Bible. Often heard saying, I'm not getting paid for babysitting,” but constantly ta Iks of her three children. Charles R. Cather, our teacher of Industrial arts, mechanical drawing and household mechanics, received an A.B. degree from Salem College, M.A. from W.V.U. and a B.S. from W.V.I.T. He is noted as the perfect gentleman and finds relaxation in amateur radio. Hazel E. Cole --With camera in hand, she hikes in W. Va. with projector in class room. Hazel E.Cole teaches Biology. She received an A.B. degree from Fairmont State College Wilma Evans' favorite pastime is music. She teaches civics and Economic Geography. She has an A.B. and a M.A. degree. Mary Frum received an A ,B. and M.A. degree from W.V.U. While trying to impress courtesy in her students, she teaches Latin and French. She is the advisor of the National Honor Society. 12
