2 Must Come Down How would you like to feel the excitement of being in a three-ring circus? Then learn to iuggle. First, take two obiects ltennis balls, bean bags, etc.l. Toss the obiect in your right hand up in the air toward your left hand, then toss the obiect in your left hand toward your right hand but lower and before the first object reaches the tossed obiect. Focus your eyes at the peak of the higher tossed obiect. Practice this first movement until you can complete 20 to 30 rep- etitions with ease. To iuggle three objects, hold two in your right hand and the third in your left. Starting with the right hand, toss in the air about three feet the obiect which is touching the top of your thumb. Next, toss the object in the left hand toward the right, lower than the first obiect. Toss the re- maining obiect. Remember, focus your eyes at the peak.
