In Memory of Donald Corriveau Throughout your iourney in life, there are many hardships and times of troubles that you must face. There are people you know and care about, there are certain people you will in reality lose. On May 27, l988, Grafton lost one person who many knew and loved, Donald Corriveau a wonderful person who touched the hearts of everyone. He was so alive and full of life, no matter what mood he was in, he could always bring that troublesome smirk upon his face. Donald always tried to help others when they were in trouble because he valued his friends, relatives, and as we all know, his life. He always had the talent of working with his hands, whether it was woodcarving, playing ice hockey, or even carrying the wood for his father, Arthur, into the house. His parents were originally from Canada, he was so proud to be a Frenchman: it made him feel dominant. Donald was IOOOA French and he definitely showed it through his stubbornness. Donald had great love for many things but a great amount of it was for his motorcycle. He always wanted to ride that bike no matter what people would say, he would do what he wanted and because of this his iourney through life was ended abruptly. Although he went into a better world than we all know of, at least he was taken while he was enioying his life to the fullest. Donald was the type of person who would always want to live today like you were going to die tomorrow. We all know that when our time comes he will be waiting with open arms and a smile to take us to our afterlife where we will be and where he is as free as a bird like dust in the wind on his way to the stairway to heaven.
