In school affairs he has been very cooperaTive, since he is boTh dependable and a loT oi fun. He is a member of The AThleTic AssociaTion and played TooT- ball. ln The Junior CabareT, he played The parT of Joe Wendall, Anne's husband, in The PaTchwork Quilt In The Senior Play, Summer Scene, he received much praise as John SmiTh, a Cal- ifornia TruiT-grower. He sang in The Barbershop QuarTeT in The Gay NineTies Revue. Having obTained The use of his TaTher's beach wagon, Edwin has helped considerably To make our Food Sales a success. His TavoriTe subiecT is Mechanical Drawing. He calls himselT a Jack-of-all-Trades, buT his real ambiTion is To become a hard-working plumber. GLORIA VINCENT Gloria Gloria has dark brown hair and brighT brown eyes. To Those who know her leasT, she gives The impression of shyness. AcTually, she is very sociable. As a Freshman and Sophomore, she belonged To The French Club. ln her Junior year, she ioined The Commer- cial Club, and, as a Sophomore. she was in The Glee Club. ELEANOR SWANSON Ellie Eleanor is one of fhe fallesf girls in our class. She has blond hair and blue eyes. She has such a pleasani personalily fhaf she is always helping everyone. As a Sophomore, she sang in fhe Glee Club. As a Junior and Senior, she was a member of fhe Afhlefic Associafion. Alfhough she worked in fhe Wesf Upfon Haf Shop affer school hours, she always managed fo have her English home- work complefed, which we know pleased Miss Noyes. DOROTHY SWEET 'lDo+ll Dorofhy is fhe kind of person everyone likes for a friend, and her sunny even disposifion won her many af Graffon. As a soph- omore she sang wifh fhe G-lee Club, and, as a iunior, she was a member of fhe Commercial Club, and fook parf in Bargains in Cafhayf' She was Associaie Edifor for The Liffle Warrior and Alhlefic Associafion Secrefary. We all remember Dof as Mr. Meegan's secrefary. She served on fhe Washingfon Commiffee and worked affernoons as a felephone operafor in Upfon. EnTering The audiTorium To hear The guesT speaker aT The dedicafion, RoberT Desmarais, now a full admiral in The navy, I meT Dick AbboTT and his wife, The former Helen Johnson. Dick has founded a new animal hos- piTal in GrafTon wiTh Helen caring for his liTTIe rabbiTs. Dick said ThaT Don Corkum is a carToonisT for The TELEGRAM and GAZETTE. A sudden flash caughf my aTTenTion and I Turned around To see Beverly O'Rourke Taking candids aT The exercises for Nancy BurncoaT's social page. Jusf Then, our new aviaTion execufive, Don Nichols, Took his place aT The head Table. He was accompanied by his privafe secrefary, YveTTe Bardier. Following Don was Red Anderson, flighT officer aT WorcesTer Municipal AirporT. Rushing in aT The IasT minufe was Don HoTsTra, MasTer of Ceremonies, and his wife, The former Phyllis ChrisTie. The opening number was played on Twin pianos by Marilyn Dumas and Joan Cunning- ham. Glancing aT my program, I noficed a huge adverfisemenf for Mar- lene Bishop's Dance STudio. Then The TirsT speaker of The clay, Sfeve Main- Tanis relafed his experiences in SouTh America. Lafer, we were enTerTained by a characTer direcT from New York. Gene Mongeon was singing Caledonia.
