She played girl's baskeTball one year, and in The Junior Play, por- Trayed a maTure young moTher. She ushered aT The Gay NineTies Revue, and worked on The sTaff of The LiTTle Warrior. She has helped in pracTically all of our class acTiviTies and has graduaTed as an honor sTudenT. Phyllis has no parTicular subiecT preference. Her plans for The fuTure are undecided buT There is probably a man in Them and perhaps furTher schooling. Good luck in whaT- ever you do, Phyllis! MINOLA CONRAD Nonie Nonie is one of our engaged girls. Small and red-haired, she has engaged in a varieTy of acTiviTies. As a freshman she sang wiTh The Glee Club and as a sophomore, she added To This work wiTh The DebaTing Club. She conTinued The Glee Club, as a iun- ior, and also was a wardrobe misTress in The Junior Play. As a senior she was a member of The Glee Club. She loves To roller skaTe, and fairly haunTs The local' rinks. She is raTher quieT and shy unTil you geT To know her: and Then she is a real friend. He Took parT in The Junior Play and worked on various commiTTees, as an underclassman. As a senior, he was ArT Edifor for The yearbook and sTage manager for The Senior Play. He Took parT in The Gay Ninefies Revue and enTerTained aT The piano aT The banqueT for The baskeTbalI champions. Donald was always willing To help in anyfhing. His liking for people we feel sure will help him To become a real porTraiT arTisT. He hopes To go To MassachuseTTs School of ArT in The fall. JOAN CROTEAU Joan Joan. curly-headed and TalkaTive, has been an acTive class mem- ber since she came from SouTh High Three yeras ago. She was in The Glee Club as a Sophomore. As a Junior and Senior, she Took parT in French Club. She was in The DramaTic Club and DebaTing Club, and was a comical hiT as Princess Kafe WaTerfall in The Sen- ior Play. She was a Three year G.A.A. member. AcTive as she was, Joan graduafed an honor sTudenT, wiTh a favoriTe subieci of LaTin. A college-course sTudenT, she added a few commercial sub- iecTs. Joan's plans for The fuTure definiTely include work in an office. Her boundless supply of energy will assure her of a suc- cessful happy life.

She spoke in fhe Legion orafory confesf as a senior. and also sang in fhe Glee Club. Beffy was a fhree-year Afhlefic Associafion member. She liked Lafin besf. buf did equally well in all her subiecfs for she was an honor sfudenf af graduafion. Beffy is a fall, slim girl who fook pracfically every hisfory offered. She was almosf a perma- nenf fixfure in Mrs. Sanford's room. Beffy plans fo go fo B. U. and perhaps fake up law. Girls, here perhaps is our fufure divorce lawyer! Good luck, Beffyl JUNE CARD June June could be classified fhe quiefesf girl in fhe Senior class. One would never know she was around. Quiefly and peacefully she always wenf abouf her work. She was a member of fhe Afh- lefic Associafion for four years and sang in fhe Glee Club her Sophomore and Junior years. Her hobby is horse-back riding. She has enfered many of fhe Horse Shows in Graffon. She has been inferesfed in all her classmafes and friendly fo all. This will help her in her career in an office. We wish her besf success in fhe fufurel BARBARA CHAUSSE llDo Doll Barbara was one of our more quief girls. She always wenf abouf her business efficienfly and noiselessly. She never gave an opinion unless firsf asked. Barbara sang in fhe Glee Club for her firsf fhree years and has been a member of fhe G. A. A. all four years. She parficipafed in bofh fhe opereffa Chonefa and fhe Gay Ninefies Revue. When fhe Commercial Club decided fo have a paper in her Junior year. Barbara confribufed her services as a good fypisf. The resulf was an excellenf paper. Since a business course is whaf she has chosen, we know from experience fhe good forfune she will achieve. BARBARA CHRISTIAN Babs Barbara, quief and shy, was seldom heard during all her four years. Dark-haired and meficulously neaf, she seemed one of fhe besf examples of an affracfive office worker. She was a member of fhe Commercial Club for fwo years and a G. A. A. member for four years. As a senior she fook parf in fhe Gay Ninefies Revue and did office work affer school. Babs, alfhough nof a leader. was always willing fo help in her own way in any of fhe class ac- fivifies. She was rafher serious in her sfudies, and liked English fhe besf. Alfhough raTher quieT and shy, Joan has been one of The mosf co-operafive sTudenTs in our class. She in- Tends To sTudy music furfher, buf has noT decided upon a definife school. We know Joan will be a greaf success. ELINOR DAVENPORT Elinor Elinor has been one of our quiefer sTudenTs. She was a Three- year member of The Glee Club and a four-year member of The AThleTic Associafion. As a Senior she was in The Gay Ninefies Revue. Elinor has a sweef disposifion and a friendly manner. Her Twinkling blue eyes greeTed you if you happened To wander info The Spa afTer school. Here she worked every affernoon. ROBERT DESMARAIS Bob Bob is a dark-haired boy who could baffle The English class wiTl1 his big words. He enTered our class in The iunior year, and he was immediaTely elecfed Treasurer of The class. ln The middle of The junior year he Took a cruise To Cuba: Therefore, he was unable To Take Too acfive a parT in The oTher class funcfions. In The senior year Bob was again elecTed class Treasurer, and he did an ex- cellenT iob of handling The many expenses of The WashingTon Trip and all The oTher expenses of The senior year.
