I, Robert Nack, being of unsound mind, will my seat in the back of the assembly to Herman Berding. My perfect attendance to Donald Krueger and my ability to be teachers pet to Darrel Bublitz. My long hours of studying to Harley Bublitz and my place in Glee Club to Dick Trettin. My ability to get hurt in basketball to anyone who wants it. My ability to be a sucker to two-timing blonds to any poor fool. My place in the band to Jim Smith and if I have any- thing else that someone wants they can have it. I, Eugene Bartz , hereby will my Hollywood driving to anyone who thinks they can do it. My pot belly to Larry Dalluge. My Bel Air to anyone who has use for it. My bashfulness to Harley Bublitz, my seat in Glee Club to Jack Saathoff, my Negro dance to Rose Marie Walk. My brown eyes to Shirley Krueger's seventh child and last but not least my urge to go to bed early to Rich Nack. We, as the entire class, wish to will the following things to any class deserving of these fine qualities. All through our high school years we have been known as a very energetic and happy class—also the most talked about class. So to that deserving class we will hand down these fine qualities. genio 'P'topkecty On this day June 17, 1973 we the graduation class of J S3 are having a reunion The first to arrive is Mrs Harvey Kruger, the former Rose Marie Navratil, in her new red Cadilac convertaDle. Sne is now a famous model and dress designer of New York, City. Next to come is Cordelia Seegers. Although sne is still on tne loose she is doing very well as manager of a board ing house in Iowa City. It seems to be a favorite place of all the unmarried male teachers of the University of Iowa. Driving up in his model 1973 automobile is Eugene Wilde and his family. Gene with the aid of his twin sons is one of the most prosperous farmers in the State of Iowa. Next to arrive is Donald Boeset, one of Graftons most eligible batchlors. He decided to go into the car dealing business. When he isn't busy selling cars he is often seen out dining with his good looking, dark haired bookkeeper. Who do we see now but, Doris Schultz. It seems like Doris' daughter has inherited her mothers basketball abii ity. Sne is only in the eighth graae and is already the best guard on the main team. Coming down for a landing is Jack Schotanus the famous aviator and instructor. He now manages the Schotanus airport near Manly, Iowa. After the dust has cleared and the noise of Jacks plane is gone we see Gene Bartz and his wife, the former Clarice iimigar. They are now residing on their 160 acre farm. Gene , who is 17 is following the footsteps of his progressive ather. Gene and his wife plan to retire within the next few years and move to the large city of Grafton. Weil, here comes Dorothy White and her charming husband who is home on leave. Being her husband had to go to the service Dorothy took up singing to pass the time. You may hear her beautiful voice every morning a 7:30 over Station KI8S. Next to come is Doris Wij.de. Doris' one dream has come true. She has at last landed a red head. Even though her mother didn't at first like the idea of red headed grand- children? she makes a very good baby sitter for the child, er. Arriving row is Bill Hanson Hanson was recently elec- ted mayor of Carpenter Iowa which is the hometown of his wife. Besides the Job of mayor he is also basketball coach in Carpenter High School Last but not least comes Robert Nack. After his graduation from high school Bobble started out life on his farm near Grafton. He has climbed the ladder to success and is now at the head of the Department of Agriculture.
